The X-59 QueSST is NASA’s super-quiet and super-fast invention, leaving all other jets behind in design and technology. The fundamental purpose of making this supersonic aircraft is to eliminate the explosive boom while traveling faster than the speed of sound.

In 1947, Chuck Yeager, in his Bell X-1 (a tiny orange-colored plane with two wings connected to a rocket engine), broke the sound barrier. However, this breakage tailored a sonic boom and continued to do so as supersonic.

NASA’s innovations have been mind-blowing from the start and beginning to invent the first commercial Supersonic Transport was nonetheless for the aviation industry, through which Boeing came into existence. However, it was all before the booming concept was fully understood. Nevertheless, in

AT&T and Verizon Communication have declared that they will delay the deployment of the 5G network in the United States. Both Communication companies made this announcement after concern about C-Band Wireless Spectrum (5G), which can interfere with aviation safety.

Wireless Companies Verizon Communication and AT&T have faced tremendous pressure from the white house, aviation, and airlines unions to delay the deployment of 5G to avoid disruption with US flights. President Joe Biden has honored the Wireless Company’s decision to help prevent potentially catastrophic disruptions.

The turboprop is an aircraft with gas turbine engines connected to a gearbox. The turboprop is also called a P jet. It provides thrust to the jet and also drives the propeller. The propeller is outside the turboprops, consuming less fuel and relatively lighter flying.

Whereas jet engines use fan blades inside the engine housing, they consume more fuel and are comparatively heavier.

They don’t contain visible propellers and as they fly faster than turboprops, they are usually preferred, especially for longer flights.

Turbine powers jet engines and turboprops. Thus, they are not much different. But still, people prefer turboprop airplanes over jet engines because of some advantages it has.

The Main Difference:

These two aircraft are different in their propeller and encased jet engines. Turboprops have a propeller outside, unlike the high-altitude jets. However, the jets do not have this propeller; instead, they come with fan blades inside the engine housing. Thus, both aircraft

The famous Boeing 737 Max is the most scrutinized aircraft in aviation history, but critics still have some concerns about its safety. The US aviation cleared the Boeing 737 Max, for Passengers last year, followed by two disastrous incidents. The aircraft is back in the Air.

But why was it grounded, and now it’s back in the air; what is being fixed, and does it match the aviation safety standards? These are some of the questions we will look at in this article. So, keep reading to find out the story of Boeing 737 Max going in the dark and coming back from the brink.

Why was Boeing 737 Max

The battle of turboprop vs turbojet aircraft has been going on for quite some time now amongst the aviation community. With a huge number of advantages and information to evaluate before you come to a decision, it can be really confusing to know which aircraft perfectly adapt to your requirements. The reason why we decided to create this blog!

Today, Miami Jet will tell you about the differences between turboprop and jet aircraft. We will cover all crucial aspects so that you can make an informed decision.

Turboprop vs jet aircraft: Differences

The following are the major differences between turboprop and turbojet planes:

#1 Aircraft Safety

Both turboprops and jets are powered by turbine engines. Meaning, they are basically the same thing and are considered equivalent in terms of safety. No matter if one has a rotor on the outside and the other has fan blades inside the engine housing.

#2 Balanced field

Helen Keller once said, “alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” Seems like ZeroAvia took her quote very seriously. The zero-emission flight specialist has recently announced that it is joining forces with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries RJ Aviation Group (MHIRJ) for building and retrofitting a regional hydrogen-powered aircraft.

For those who don’t know, ZeroAvia is a British/American hydrogen-electric aircraft developer that is responsible for the zero-emissions powertrain technology. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries RJ Aviation Group, on the other hand, covers design, certification, and the support experience for CRJ Series aircraft.

Various companies have been racing to build the first all-electric flying taxi — and Lilium, one of Germany’s leading flying taxi startups, is leading the pack. The company is already planning to launch its first operations in the U.S., specifically Florida, in 2024. Its first vertiport hub, and headquarters, will be located in the Lake Nona suburb, near the Orlando International airport. This will enable the vertiport to tap into the airport’s 70 million yearly passengers, though Lilium is also planning to build a network of 14 vertiports throughout the state. Through these hubs, Lilium will be introducing its new generation of eVTOL jets.

They say patience is the key to success. And It seems like Textron Aviation – one of the famous aircraft manufacturers in the aerospace industry – has finally found that key! The company’s rebranded Beechcraft Denali Turboprop has successfully completed its initial ground engine runs, moving closer to its first flight.

According to the announcement made by Wichita airframer, the Beechcraft Denali turboprop aircraft has passed its first major test and is all set to make its maiden flight within the next three months. The Kansas-based company stated that the aircraft’s fuel system, engine, interface with avionics, and electrical systems functionalities had been tested thoroughly and verified by its experts.

“These successful engine runs are a significant step toward the upcoming inaugural flight for the Beechcraft Denali, and they are a testament to the determination and collaboration from both the Textron Aviation and GE Aviation teams,” says Chris Hearne – senior vice-president of engineering at

Oprah Winfrey once said, “it’s great to have a private jet. Anyone that tells you that having your own private jet isn’t great is lying to you.” She said it right. Buying a private jet is one of the best investments one could make in 2021.

The COVID-19 pandemic has totally transformed the way we travel. People nowadays are on the lookout for low-risk, point-to-point travel without having to move through passenger terminals or sitting close to individuals they don’t know. But the question that arises here is how to buy the best private jet?

Consider these buying factors while choosing the right aircraft for your next flight:

Determine your travel needs

First things first. You should genuinely think of your travel needs. If you do not clearly identify your requirements, you cannot possibly know where to start. Ask yourself these questions before buying the best private jet:

  • How far will you travel from

Embraer never disappoints its customers. Whether it’s about producing new commercial turboprop aircraft and military jets or providing aeronautical services, it knows how to do things right. The Brazilian multinational aerospace manufacturer recently unveiled its latest turboprop concept for the North American regional airline market.

According to the remarks by its top engineering executive during a live netcast, Embraer is researching the advancement of a next-gen turboprop airplane with engines fitted at the back. The purpose of this conspicuously new concept is to provide passengers with a great jet-like experience.

“Our proposition is to provide a high technology 70 to 90 seat turboprop with the same architectural plan of the e-jets. Very convenient, no middle seats and capacious overhead bins,” said Luís Carlos Affonso — senior vice president of the e-jets program at a Brazilian multinational aerospace company.
